Conor's practice centres around the core conditions of Humanistic Psychotherapy, creating a safe space for clients to explore painful, confusing or traumatic feelings. He integrates other complementary modalities such as phenomenology, psychodynamic, existential and body psychotherapy to meet clients' needs in the 'here & now'.
He works with a diverse range of client presentations including overwhelming feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, suicidal thoughts, trauma and issues with addiction.
