Valerie is an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP) as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Supervisor.
Valerie has extensive experience in facilitating a variety of parenting groups and working with depression, relationship issues, bereavement and loss, stress and organisational work stress.
